All cancellations of conference registration, purchase of meals and special events, received by the ACUHO-I Central Office before 5 p.m. Eastern Time, May 25, 2013 will be honored and processed within 30 working days. Each conference registration cancellation will be assessed a $75 processing fee, and the amount refunded will reflect that fee.

Cancellations received after May 25, 2013 will be refunded at the discretion of ACUHO-I, less any expenses incurred by ACUHO-I. Refunds will not be granted for no-shows. Delegates assume responsibility for notification and verification of receipt by ACUHO-I.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge agreement to the policy stated above as well as consent to ACUHO-I's use of photos taken during the event.
