Call for Special Issue Topic and Guest Editor(s):
The Journal of College and University Student Housing

Deadline: December 1, 2011 

The Journal of College and University Student Housing is seeking proposals from persons interested in serving as guest editor(s) for a special issue of the Journal (to be published in the spring of 2013) on a specific topic of broad interest to housing/residential life professionals. Guest editor(s) would identify the topic for the special issue; solicit, identify and work with potential authors on the articles for this issue; edit manuscripts submitted for special issue; and write an introduction to the special issue. The publication deadline for all the final edited manuscripts would be December 1, 2012.

To be considered, potential guest editors should submit a 3-5 page proposal that explains the topic for the special issue, the expertise the editor(s) brings to this topic, potential articles and authors to be included, and a rationale for why this topic would interest housing/residential life professionals. In addition, a resume or curriculum vita should also be provided.

Deadline for proposals is December 1, 2011. All proposals should be submitted electronically.
