ACUHO-I Foundation support comes from a variety of sources, proving that the value of giving is recognized by individuals, institutions, and corporations alike.
Individual Giving
Since 1988, more than 700 individuals have given to the Foundation, representing almost one-fifth of the Foundation's total revenue. Individuals can support the Foundation by making annual tax-deductible pledges that will help fund future-focused research and programs that support current and new members.
Minimum Annual Pledge Suggestions:
• Entry Level—Building/Area Staff: $50/year
• Mid Level—Assistant/Associate Directors: $75/year
• Senior Level—Chief Housing Officers: $100/year
Individuals can become Major Donors by making a minimum pledge of $1,000 each year for five (5) years. Major donors can direct their gifts to fund specific research grants, institutes, or scholarships.

Institutional Giving
Nearly 380 individual institutions have demonstrated their commitment to the Foundation through affiliation, and nine intuitions have become Major Donors by making a minimum tax-deductible pledge of $1,000 each year for five years.

Corporate Giving
Corporate donations represent more than 60 percent of Foundation contributions and are critical to the financial stability of the Foundation. Corporations can choose to become Corporate Partners or Major Donors by achieving an annual level of tax-deducible giving. Corporate Partners and Major Donors may specify gifts for specific research grants, institutes, or scholarships.
Corporate Partners and Major Donors enjoy a number of benefits including special recognition at ACUHO-I events and in association publications, opportunities to participate in certain ACUHO-I committees, as well as all of the benefits of corporate ACUHO-I membership.
Corporate Partner Giving Requirements
• Major Donors: $10,000 annually for five years
• Gold Partner: more than $4,000
• Silver Partner: $2,500-$3,999
• Bronze Partner: $1,500-$2,499
