Why are you attending the ACUHO-I Annual Conference & Exposition? “2009 will be my fifth time attending the ACUHO-I conference, and although travel budgets are shrinking in higher education I believe it provides an outstanding professional development opportunity that outweighs the potential financial burden. The networking, program sessions, and opportunities to learn best practices on other campuses are really critical at a time like this when we need to develop new strategies for creating more with less. Housing professionals will be asked to fully assess student needs while being mindful of budgetary realities. With this in mind, there is no better time than to look to the best resources ACUHO-I has—its talented housing professionals.”
