One of the greatest aspects of the ACUHO-I Foundation is that support comes from a wide variety of donors. Whether they come from a campus or a company or if they have been part of campus housing for 5 or 50 years, donors know the Foundation’s benefits and the value of their contribution.
Along with accepting general donations, the ACUHO-I Foundation organizes various giving campaigns throughout the year. Face-to-Face Events
Whether it is at Campus Home. Live!, a regional conference, or any other event, representatives from the ACUHO-I Foundation will be there. Be sure to participate in their auctions, raffles, and additional programs, or just take the time to speak with a representative and learn more about the many ways the Foundation supports the campus housing profession.
Week of Giving
Each September, the ACUHO-I Foundation focuses on engaging with past donors, attracting new supporters, and sharing the good work that has come about thanks to their efforts. It’s a lively week filled with presentations, programs, and promotions that you will not want to miss.
Individual Donors
Individuals can set up recurring donations to show their support for the ACUHO-I Foundation on an ongoing basis. Currently, Major Donors are individuals and businesses that commit to donations of $1,000 a year for at least five years. Industry Partner Donors
Donations from ACUHO-I’s industry partners represent more than 60% of the ACUHO-I Foundation’s annual contributions. Industry partner donors commit to a minimum pledge per year for five or more years, with different giving levels available. Parthenon Society
ACUHO-I members annually honor some of the profession’s brightest lights by donating to the ACUHO-I Foundation in their name. The Parthenon Society campaign raises significant funds and recognizes individuals’ supreme achievement, service, and leadership. Foundation of Excellence
The Foundation of Excellence includes individuals and entities who have been recognized for their contributions to ACUHO-I or their regional housing association. Nominations require a $250 contribution to the ACUHO-I Foundation. Form submissions and any questions should be directed to the ACUHO-I finance department.
