The awards and recognition process opens in September 2026, and most recipients will be announced in February 2027.
Now is the time to recognize the colleagues, mentors, and leaders who make a lasting impact. One streamlined nomination form makes it easier than ever to put exceptional individuals forward for recognition. Please review the award selection criteria and nomination process below, and consider submitting a nomination for yourself or a colleague to be recognized in 2027.
All nominees must be current ACUHO-I members in good standing and may not be sitting members of the Awards and Recognition Committee, the ACUHO-I Executive Board, or ACUHO-I Foundation leadership for 2027.

- Headshot (Collected for marcom purposes only; not included in application materials/review)
- Resume/CV
- Complete the online application form with details about the nominee by October 20, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (US).
