Mid-Level Leadership Institute

The Mid-Level Leadership Institute is designed for professionals with 8+ years of experience and provides intensive learning, engagement, reflection, and networking opportunities that are customized for residence life and housing professionals who have established themselves in their careers. A robust agenda provides the insights necessary to take that next step confidently and begin laying the groundwork for future progression. Attendees will benefit from inspired ideas and exceptional practices to help them thrive in their current positions. 

 

The Mid-Level Leadership Institute addresses a series of broad topic areas, including sessions focused on agency, supervision, project management, budgeting, how to be a successful leader, political climate, and professional development. Content is steered by expert speakers and facilitators from within and beyond housing and residence life who lead participants in its application to mid-level roles. One consultant-in-residence and multiple faculty with long-term experience will offer small group and individualized consultation and discussion for participants.
