ACUHO-I believes that we are stronger when we incorporate diverse viewpoints and facilitate experiences that promote opportunities for all. Since 2019, the ACUHO-I Leadership Academy has hosted professional cohorts that explore topics related to the Association, the profession, and individual personal development.
The ACUHO-I Leadership Academy is an opportunity for housing and residence life professionals with 5-7 years of experience to participate in a leadership development program that translates to positions on their home campuses and within the Association’s volunteer leadership pipeline. Cohort members experience personal and professional growth through coaching calls, monthly meetings, mentorship experiences, and other intentional professional development opportunities.
