Exhibit and Sponsors

Exhibitors are responsible for selecting their booth location from the available options at the time of reservation. Please review the following terms regarding booth selection and placement:

• Booth selection is made on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability at the time of booking.
• ACUHO-I and the booth sales platform are not responsible for the proximity of competitors or other exhibitors nearby.
• If you wish to relocate your booth after selection, you may contact ACUHO-I to request a move to any space that is currently available.
• ACUHO-I reserves the right to adjust booth assignments if necessary to support the overall success and integrity of the Expo. If a change is required, exhibitors will be notified immediately.
• Final booth placements are at the discretion of ACUHO-I and are made in the best interest of the event. Factors include, but are not limited to, booth selection order and exhibitor priority points.
• Please note that specific booth spaces are not guaranteed, and assignments may be adjusted at any time if needed.

The order of booth sales for 2026 Campus Home. LIVE! and the Content Series conference in 2025 will be determined based on points earned by industry partners. Points are awarded as follows:

• 1 point for lifetime spending with the Association (including exhibits, advertising, sponsorships, and additional registrants)
• 1.5 points for lifetime contributions to the Foundation
• Secondarily, the desire to purchase 6 booths at Campus Home. LIVE! will also be factored into the order, as this impacts the design of the hall and must be determined early

The complete delegate list (includes names, titles, institutions, and email addresses) will be shared with those offering the highest level of support to the Association before and after the conference. This includes Foundation Corporate Major Donors, industry partners who sponsor $7,500 or more at the conference, or those purchasing three or more booths in the exhibit hall for Campus Home. LIVE! A delegate list with names, titles, and institutions will be provided for all other contributors.
