We want to inform you about our temporary system shutdown as part of necessary maintenance.
Key Dates to Remember:
- System Downtime: Starting October 31 at 3 p.m. ET (US), our current system will be unavailable as we transition over to a new one. During this time, you will not be able to access your ACUHO-I account or complete transactions (e.g., product purchases; registrations; membership renewals; etc.).
- System Back Online: We expect the system to be back online on November 12, however, you will receive an email with your new login information once the system is live again.
- Online Community: The Online Community will still be active through November 7 (using your current login credentials). There will be a separate outage with the Online Community around November 12.
We understand this temporary interruption may cause some inconvenience, but it’s a critical step to ensuring quality service. Thank you for your patience as we make these improvements!
If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to office@acuho-i.org.
