University of Minnesota Campus Tour | October 26  (Buses depart at 8:30 a.m.) – $25

Extend your conference experience with an exclusive tour of the University of Minnesota’s nationally recognized housing program. Your registration includes round-trip bus transportation from the conference hotel and a behind-the-scenes look at campus facilities and operations.

Choose one of two tour tracks:

  • Facilities Track – Designed for housing facilities, maintenance, and operations professionals interested in residence hall infrastructure, renewal projects, and facility management practices.
  • Residence Education & Business Operations Track – Tailored for professionals focused on residential learning, student experience, administrative operations, and business services.

Space is limited, and advance registration is required. Add this optional tour when you register for the conference.


Fun Run, Walk, & Roll 5k | October 28 at 6:15 a.m. – $25

Start your day with movement, networking, and scenic views of Minneapolis. This inclusive event welcomes participants of all abilities and fitness levels to run, walk, or roll along a scenic route that encircles beautiful Loring Park, just minutes from the conference venue. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, connect with colleagues, or simply enjoy the morning outdoors, this event is a fun way to kick off your day before conference sessions begin. Add to your registration by October 1, 2026, to receive a T-shirt. Sponsored by Brill and eRezLife.


Group Registrations

Bring your team to the ACUHO-I Business Operations Conference. Attending with a group of colleagues can provide a unique professional learning and team-building experience for your team. Group registration discounts are available for teams of five or more (each registrant after the fourth will receive a 20% discount).  

How to register your group online:

  1. Register your first four attendees. Click this link, log in, select “Register on behalf of someone else”, and pay for the first four attendees.
  2. Enter Payment: You must pay in full at the time of registration and will be asked to enter your payment information to complete the registration process.
  3. Adding additional registrants to your group. Email finance@acuho-i.org with the information below for any additional attendees after the fourth:
    • Conference (Business Operations, Facilities, or Residence Education)
    • Attendee name
    • Job title
    • Email address

Cancellation Policy

ACUHO-I allows registrations to be transferred to another member of your team at no charge or can be placed as a credit on your account and used for another ACUHO-I event within the next 12 months. Unused credits within the 12-month period are forfeited. If you are unable to transfer your registration to another team member and still need to cancel, fees paid will be refunded minus a 10% administrative processing fee for all cancellations received prior to 30 days in advance of the event’s first day. Cancellations received 30 days or less before the beginning of the event you are registered for will be refunded monies paid minus a 50% cancellation fee. ACUHO-I will reimburse only those fees paid to ACUHO-I. Any travel, lodging or other non-ACUHO-I fees will not be reimbursed.

All event registration cancellations and transfer requests must be sent to finance@acuho-i.org. Registration fees are non-refundable for pre-conference, post-conference, and other special events held during or adjacent to the primary event.

Refunds will not be granted for no shows. You are considered a no-show if you have not notified ACUHO-I of your cancellation by the time onsite check-in opens at the event. Delegates assume responsibility for notification and verification of receipt by ACUHO-I.

ACUHO-I reserves the right to cancel any program. Causes for cancellation may include, but are not limited to, low participation by institutional members and/or industry partners, acts of God, etc. In the case of a program cancellation, ACUHO-I will reimburse only those fees paid to ACUHO-I. Any travel, lodging or other non-ACUHO-I fees will not be reimbursed.

By registering for this event, you acknowledge agreement to the policy stated above as well as consent to ACUHO-I’s use of photos taken during the event.
