Benchworks by Elentra

ACUHO-I and Benchmarks by Elentra https://benchworks.elentra.com/ (formerly Skyfactor) have been long-time collaborators dedicated to providing housing programs with premier benchmarking services. As an official assessment partner with ACUHO-I, Benchmarks by Elentra offers a strong focus on residence life, with surveys for campus housing, apartments, and student staff tailored to the diverse needs of universities and their students. These surveys are mapped directly to ACUHO-I professional standards and CAS general learning outcomes, ensuring insights are relevant, informative, and actionable for housing administrators.

MGT America

ACUHO-I and MGT America have collaborated on the MGT & ACUHO-I New Construction and Renovation Survey. The collected data is useful for comparative purposes with similar projects, to negotiate better construction rates (i.e., cost per square foot), and to better understand the scope and components of projects undertaken at other institutions.

The survey is conducted every other year, with off-years spent revisiting the data and often providing case studies to illustrate the survey results. MGT America staff also report survey findings in ACUHO-I publications and at conference events.

Questions about the ACUHO-I and MGT New Construction and Renovation survey should be directed to Diana Goldstein at dgoldstein@mgtconsulting.com.
